Panguitch ER visit-April 29, 2016

We hadn't even been in Circleville for 24 hours. We had just got the keys to the house and I was trying to pick paint colors to paint and unpack boxes (we were still sleeping at mom's). Brett was outside with his dad trying to put up the dog cage. All of the sudden he comes in holding a sweater on his head telling me that I needed to take him to the ER.  He takes the towel off his head and this is what I see (but with more blood). We just left Roy and Martha there with the kids (right at dinner time of course) and took off for Panguitch. We took Madi with us in case Brett passed out she could help me. She was also in charge of holding the throw up bowl!
He did pretty good on the drive. There was a minute there that he wasn't making sense and I thought he might have a concussion but then he seemed fine. Madi took a picture of a pretty rainbow on our drive. Good thing there were no cops on the road (rare) cause I drove pretty fast.

Alicia Hatch was our nurse and Dr. Mooney was on call. It was a very quick ER visit and I was so grateful for that because when we left the house the other kids were scared. Syd and Dalton were crying and wasn't sure what was going on. We were able to get back to them really quick. Stitched up and sent home.

He hit his head a work a few times during that next week but other than that he said it didn't hurt too bad. Pretty tough. Scar is healing up nice tho.
