Kelsi, Charli, Martha, and Roy visit (Jan 2014)

In January we were able to have lots of fun visitors! Kelsi and Charli flew out to see us and while they were here, Roy and Martha came as well. We were able to enjoy our beautiful "winter" California weather and spent a lot of time outside. 

The kids had so much fun playing together.

Madi's Surgery

Madi had surgery on New Year's Eve-AGAIN!

Her adenoids grew back and she had to have them out again. They also figured out that he had a deviated septum so they operated on that at the same time. 

This is Syd giving Madi a pre-surgery hug. So cute!

The surgery was at Memorial Hospital and Dr. Zerlin performed the surgery.

I can't believe how well she does after the surgeries that she has had. She bounces right back! We are so proud of her for being such a good sport through all of this. 

A big thanks to the Hale's for watching the little ones for us so Brett and I could both be there. 

Mom's Birthday

We had a fun time celebrating Mom's birthday (Dec 27)! It started off with Kenzie waxing all of our nose hairs! Thanks Kenz! We even talked Dad into it! It was so much fun to watch-he is such a good sport!

Then we drove over the mountain to Cedar to go bowling and had dinner at Chili's. The kids had SO MUCH FUN bowling! D&S still talk about it.
