First day of 5th Grade-August 2015

 I know I say this every year but how on earth did they grow up so fast? I hate it! 

Off to 5th grade at Hacker Middle School. We were all very nervous for this school change because they were now in with the 6th graders. Now this may not sound like a big deal to some people but this was for me. There were 10 classes of each grade which totaled over 700 students which to a girl from an entire town of 500 was pretty intimidating! They handled it pretty good. They got to have lockers this year which was pretty exciting. Saige got Ms. Allen and Madisen got Mrs. Vanderberg. Both ended up being pretty good.

Boating with Rae and Dean

We were also able to go boating when Rae and Dean were there and it was so fun. The kids could have stayed out on that tube all week. They loved it!

Rachel & Dean Visit-August 2015

Just before school started in August Rae and Dean brought the kids up for a visit. We all had so much fun together but especially the kids. They played so well together.

We went to pizza pie cafe and they all got to sit together on the table that Dalton calls the train. Not sure why but the next time we went there, there were other people sitting there and he threw a BIG tantrum. So we are not going there anymore:)

We went to Planet Kid and wore the kids out. They ran in there forever!

We were able to celebrate Kolton's birthday too so that was really fun.

We built a "tent" and let the kids sleep outside. They loved that.

I guess we had too much fun because both Dalton and Kolton totally fell asleep in Sacrament meeting. Like snoring! Must have been a fun weekend!
