Visitors

We were so lucky to have so many visitors come to see our new babies. It made it so much easier for us to not have to go anywhere! A big thanks to all who made the trek and for all the help once you got here. We love you all.
Stef, Shad, and Mia came. We had so much fun!

My Dad came a few times. It was during their busy hay season so I know it was a HUGE sacrifice for him.
 Our moms-they are the best
Martha-thank you so much for coming before and after the babies. We appreciate all of your help. You are an angel.
Rachel, Dean, and Hansen were able to come and they got Brett and the girls out of the house for a day for some much needed fun at the beach.

Again-Martha is AMAZING! We all love her so much. This is when Sydney pooped all over her (and everything else). I put this on to say again how wonderful of a Grandma she is to our kids-it didn't even bother her to be covered in poo!

Grandpa Roy and his little buddy!
Brinley LOVES babies! She is so cute with them. I wish she was around to help me feed them more often.
 Cousin FUN!
 Cute baby McKenna
 Powell
 Jess and Dalton
Kelsi, Charli, Brett, Sydney, and Dalton
The 3 Amigos-we had some CRAZY outings while Kelsi and Charli were here. Let's just say-lots of screaming in the car!
I had to put this picture on here of Charli and Dalton. It makes me laugh every time I look at it. Dalton looks SO scared and Charli looks like she is going to pick him up and drag him around. LOVE IT!
My sweet Grandma & Grandpa Dalton came for the baby blessing and we were so excited to have them. I love this picture of Dalton looking up at my Grandma. He loves her already!
Holly and Chet were able to come to but I didn't get a picture of them-sad.
They have 6 great-grandchildren. Here are 4 of them!
4 generations

My Mom

I don't even know where to start telling you about my mom. I guess the most important thing for you to know is that she is the BEST MOM EVER. Hands down. No one can compete. She is seriously an angel in disguise. I would never dare have a baby without her around.
Before Stef had Mia she told me, "let's have a baby together"!
I said, "absolutely not"!
She acted offended and asked why not. I told her that I would NOT share mom with her. When I have a baby (or two in my case) I want her all to myself. She thought about that for a minute and decided she didn't want to share mom with me either during that time. We agreed that we could never have kids the same age!!!
When we had Madi and Saige, my mom came to Pullman several times to take care of us. She left my dad and brothers home to fend for themselves-with a fridge full of taco soup (inside joke)!
This time she came a few days before they were born and stayed the entire month of July. She pretty much took care of Sydney all by herself. She was up almost 24/7 with her and held her upright on her chest to relieve some of the reflux discomfort. They have a special bond.

The day my dad came to pick her up was a VERY sad day. I cried and cried and cried. Just like I did when she left me alone with Madi and Saige.

She is such a trooper. After she left my house (after a month with no sleep), she drove to Wyoming with my Dad to Martins Cove for youth conference and hiked a TON. I don't know how she was physically able to do all of this-she is so much stronger than me.Then she came home to a major flood which ruined everything they owned that was in the basement. They were so sad but after a glimpse of what the pioneers went through they had a pretty good perspective. She kept saying, "it's just stuff".
She has such a good attitude through all of her trials. She rarely complains and always recognizes the Lord's hand in her life. She is a wonderful example and we all love her so much. There are no words to say it well enough so for now we will just say:
THANK YOU!

Sydney

Syd is such a fun baby. I can tell already that she has a big personality. She can be so sweet, but she has a very sassy side and can be SO LOUD. She is a girl!
 Love that smile!

Love those feet!
I can't wait until she can hold her own bottle for real.
 So uncomfortable
SO beautiful!
We got her a new dress to meet her Uncle Chance. He comes home 2 WEEKS from TODAY! WE ARE ALL VERY EXCITED!

Dalton

I sure love this little boy of mine (and my big boy too)!
Mini me!
He is such a happy, easy baby.

He wants to be Daddy's best friend-NOT MOMMY'S

Adjustments

Yikes! It's almost been a month since my last post. I guess that is my new goal-post once a month!
Here are a few funny things we are dealing with or having to adjust to these days.

We bought this cute and incredibly comfortable chair to lounge around in. Not much lounging going on now. It has been converted to a changing table. We have multiple changing 'stations' set up all around our house. You never know when or where they are going to have a massive explosion. :)

Paper plates have made a permanent home in our cupboard. Thank heavens for these-they've cut down on the dishes a lot. We have been having problems with our dishwasher so there's another reason why we love them!

 Out and about-gotta take bottles.
When I 'load up my cart' there is no room for any groceries!
Diapers. Lots and Lots of diapers. The UPS man thinks that I run a daycare at my house. He makes frequent diaper deliveries. THANK HEAVENS I can buy diapers on Amazon.com!

Is this Deja Vu? Or am I living the real live version of Groundhog's Day?

Everyone is super tired around here!
