Going to Jail

Funny Syd/Dalton story.

Dalton hates it when Sydney sings. I mean REALLY HATES it. He tells her, "I have a headache of that". The problem is that Syd REALLY LOVES to sing. Sometimes I have to tell her to stop singing (which is so wrong-but I can't handle the fight sometimes) and sometimes I have to tell Dalton that she can sing whenever she wants and if he doesn't like it he can go in another room.

One day I heard Dalton tell her that if she didn't stop singing he was going to take her to jail. He was very specific about how he was going to do this. I wish I could remember all the things he said to her but the think I remember is what Syd said back to him. She said, "I will just tell the person in charge of the jail that I have a Mother (which sounded like mudder) and I shouldn't be here-I have a "mudder."
I am SO happy to be their "mudder"!
