You never stop being a Mom

For those of you moms who think that once your kids are grown up and have families of their own you get to stop taking care of them, I am living proof that you are wrong. I am almost 30 years old and my mom still has to come and take care of me whenever anything goes wrong.
Thanks SO MUCH mom for coming to take care of us this week after my surgery. We would not have survived without you.

Reasons we love Grandma:

She brings us pretty flowers.

She made us yummy treats and let us lick the bowls!

She snuggled with us and let us watch movies.

We miss you already Grammy!

I'm so glad Carolyn could go to Bakersfield and help out. What a fun experience for Saige and Madi. Seems to me that you twinners were pretty spoiled by Grandma. What beautiful flowers!!

So, obviously we need to talk more. Surgery? Let me know when you will be in Vegas again.

What kind of surgery did you have? We need to talk more, too! :) We would absolutely love it if you guys could come to TX "again" for a visit!

I totally sympathize with your comment for moms. I was commenting to my mom the same thing when she was here helping... You took care of me for years and years growing up and now I have a baby and here you are still taking care of me! I guess we just have to pass it on...

Hope things are ok. I bet it is so hard to live away from your mom. We go home all the time just to have my mom cook for us.
