Quilting with Great Grandma-Personal Progress February 2017

Madi and Saige have been working on one of their 10 hour projects for Personal Progress. Aunt Sharron has been 'enveloping' quilts for humanitarian aid and the Bishop's storehouse and then sends them to Great Grandma to tie. The girls have been helping her tie them and almost have their 10 hours in. I LOVE that they are learning to quilt and get to spend time with Grandma.

Dalton and Syd were stressing Madi out by wanting to be in the pictures.

Piano guys! February 3, 2017

We had the amazing opportunity to see the Piano Guys at SUU. We gave the girls and my parents tickets and a cd for Christmas. The day of the concert finally came. We went over a little early to run errands and then met for dinner at the Pizza Factory. Brett and I took Dalton and Sydney out to Ruth's to hang out and then we headed to the Centrum. It was full and our seats werent great but the time I found out about it they were almost sold out!
It was seriously the best concert ive been to. They are extremely talented and surprisingly entertaining! They had us laughing most of the time but then there were some serious/spititual moments too.

Piute Vs. Wayne. February 2, 2017

On February 2, Madi and Saige's 5th and 6th grade team played Wayne's 6th graders. It was their first game and even though they lost it was a good experience. They have a good group their age so hopefully if they keep playing together they will have a good time for several years to come.
It's hard to find them in the pictures if you don't know that they are the ones in the bright pink shorts:)

What made it really fun is that Grandma, Grandpa, Great Grandma, Great Grandpa, and Bailey came to watch. We aren't used to family being able to come to stuff like this and I almost forgot to invite them!
After the girls played we went to the tri-mart for a greasy dinner and then went back to the gym to watch Macy and our varsity team play Wayne. It was a VERY exciting game and we won!!
Here are a few pictures of Macy on Senior night.

I think Macy had 6 3-pointers in the game-awesome!

January 2017 Random

This old toy (top right) has been and is still the favorite toy at Great Grandma's house. They just don't make toys like they used to. Dalton combined it with Grandpa's new car track to make it even more awesome!
Brian Head had a special in January where you could take a lesson and get a lift pass for like 30$ or something ridiculous. I decided to go up for the day so I can try to get better. It was so much fun and look at these PERFECT snowflakes that were falling. I couldn't believe how intricate they were. The blue stuff is my pants.

Dalton loves to build things and then always wants me to take pictures.

 Flying kites!
