HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

How is it possible that these little girls are 7? I hate it. They are growing up so fast.
Pretty sad that you have to help make your own birthday cake but it's 'all hands on deck' around here.

This cake was SO much cuter online. I was kind of sad when it was done and it wasn't as cute. I had to remind myself that the person who made it online probably wasn't making it with one baby on her hip while listening to another one screaming from the bouncer in the living room. I am trying to not be so hard on myself after listening to President Uchtdorf's talk in the General RS meeting. If you haven't heard it yet, please read or listen to it. It really is great and will make you feel good.

They got lots of horse things-they are really into horses right now.

Yep, we are Disney bound. We realize it is going to be crazy with two 5 month olds and a breast pump but we are going to try to have fun anyway!!

Thanksgiving 2011

We had planned to have a Yummy dinner with the Phillips/Anthes families and their deep pit turkey. Instead, the girls were sick so I made chicken noodle soup. Brett worked until noon and then we opened presents because it was not only Thanksgiving but the girls' birthday. We are so thankful for them and for all of our many blessings! Here are some pics from Thanksgiving day and then the birthday post will follow.
All of this fun wore Dalton out!

Just random pics of the babies
 Cute hats

Picking up the girls from the bus stop
Dalton eats every bottle like this now. He has such a hard life.
 Bumbo fun!
I didn't even notice until uploading it now that Dalton is in the pink and Syd is in the blue Bumbo. Sleep deprivation has made me color blind!

After church-Dalton wearing his capris and big boy shoes. He has such long arms and legs that none of his clothes fit the way they should.

Napping with mom. Mom is the one who really needs the nap!

 Hey, there you are!

 Playing footsies-LOVE IT!

This is how Dalton feels about the violin

I don't have a video but Sydney hates it even more!

He's BACK!!!

We are SO SO SO excited to have Chance back home! We were able to go to Utah for a few days when he flew in and even though it was so CRAZY travelling with the babies, it was so nice to be there at the airport.
We ate at Cafe Rio-my favorite is the Pork Salad. Yep, I ate the whole thing by myself. I am feeding two babies you know! We met Ali Thacker here and had so much fun catching up!
Took the girls to the Temple to show them where we got married.
When we got Chance's itinerary, we looked up his flights online and noticed that the seat next to him from SLC to St. George was open. Allie booked it and was able to surprise him and fly with him to St. George. They are such great friends!

I thought it would be fun to take this picture of Chance un-packing because of the picture I have (below) of him packing 2 years ago. It is fun to see the differences in the girls-especially Mia!
Here is the sign the girls made for him at the airport-SO cute! They insisted that it be 1/2 in English and 1/2 in Spanish. Thank heavens for google translate!!
BIG HUGS!
Mia was a little shy around him at first. She just kept saying, "Chance is going to love me"!

Shad swinging all 3 girls! He is such a fun uncle.
Syd slept through the whole thing.
I have a pic with Chance and Dalton but it is on my mom's camera and I forgot to get her pictures before we left.
Chance brought all of us some fun things from Chile. The girls LOVED their hats and used them a ton while we were there because it was so cold.
These girls have so much fun when they are together. Just wish it happened more often.
This is one of my favorite pictures from the trip. Not sure who lined them up like this but even the girls' boots are the best of friends.
