Harrison's Visit

Our next visitors were the Harrison's!
We did lots of fun things while they were here: played in the pool, went to the Sequoias, took the boat out, played corn hole, went to the park/splash pad, went to Dewars, rode the golf cart, etc.
Our kids had SO much fun together and they always get along really well. A big THANKS to Powell for always getting such great pictures. I also posted Jess's post from her blog below. Most of the pics are the same since I stole all of mine from Powell.
Tricks in the pool

Sequoias and Moro Rock

These trees really are amazingly huge. So fun to see.

Madi LOVED McKenna

The girls with some of their school friends at the Taft Swim Meet.
From left to right: Jack Johnson, Cody Hart, Madi, Saige, Jack Rebejo, and I don't know the kid on the far right.

Syd is not afraid of the water one bit. She makes me so nervous.

The kids (including big kid Brett) built a cool fort in their room. It had lots of different rooms and the kids even slept in it a few nights and had a blast.

While we were playing corn-hole the kids got into the mud/chicken poop. NASTY!

Look at that form!

Saige has been practicing walking on her hands. She is getting pretty good.
The babies call this "Daddy's Q"
Powell took the kids to McDonald's for breakfast.

Whenever we go to the park Dalton spends all of his time standing at this steering wheel.
Poor Syd. She can't ever see when she has her hat on.

Look at those eyes!
They know how to turn on the splash pad.

Boating Fun!

The girls insisted that we get donuts for the kids one morning at our favorite local donut shop-Angel Donuts.

On our last night together we went to Dewars-the famous Bakersfield Ice Cream Shop.
MUSCLES!

Check out that marshmallow! YUM!

These are pics I took on my phone:

 Funny Faces!

Thanks so much for coming to see us guys! Hope you come again soon.

Looks so fun! I want to try that ice cream shop! All of the kids are so cute together. Sad they are growing up so fast. Impressive Saige can walk on her hands!
