Madi has always been such a good artist. She clearly get's none of it from me. I can hardly draw stick figures. Every year at school they have an art contest for cartoon characters. She decided to draw Speedy Gonzalez. The only reason she knows who he is is because when they do something fast we would call them Speedy Gonzalez. Finally they asked what that meant! We pulled him up on utube so they could see.
She didn't win but I think she did an awesome job!

That is fabulous Madi. Keep up the drawing. You will be famous one day. There are alot of Van Wagoner artists in the family. But I'm not saying that she got any of theirs. It must be one of her gifts.
I love it! It is a sad day when kids don't know who Speedy Gonzalez is. He was my favorite.
