Apparently most of the girls' friends were born in December (what a great month!) because not only were we busy with Christmas in December we were also busy with several birthday parties. I think I've said this before but people in Bakersfield don't mess around when it comes to birthdays-they go all out! I bet they die when they get invited to our house for cake and ice cream!!!

Rylee's party was at the bowling alley.
Sadie's party was at the ice rink. First time for us and it was HARD.

Wow - impressive rope climbing. Awesome athletes. I wouldn't apologize for a cake and ice cream party. Some kids are probably relieved that they don't have to perform at any level.
